This type of reading can also be useful if your weight has changed, if you have moved house or if you have made any other major changes to your life since having your Full Energy Health Reading.

The Basic Energy Health Reading can also be taken not before 6 or 9 months has passed since your Full Energy Health Reading.

The reason for this time lapse is that changes most probably will not have taken effect immediately.

You may need time to adjust to your new way of thinking, doing and being, to adjust to and integrate into your new way of life and to have taken on board the new regimes and the new advice offered to you.

You may also need time to delve into other healing techniques or design techniques that may be needed in order to integrate this new level of being, that is yours to pursue.

Also healing energy takes a while to integrate fully into your own energy body and energy system.
